Kartik-Gayu would have been a happier couple. Naira needed some1 else

I know Kartik is not into feminine, beta women like Gayu. But hear me out..

Kartik & Naira had a toxic relationship because of three things: Both had unresolved emotional baggage, both were alphas, & Goenkas. Kartik pairing up with Gayu solves all of that.

• Young Gayu was an orphan but she processed her emotions in a healthy way (eg, moving to Deora's for a while to mend her broken heart after Kartik choose Naira. Not wanting to marry Samarth in a haste, etc). Kartik & Naira never learned & needed to be taught that.
• Gayu is a beta. She can hardly ever keep a secret. Unlike Naira & Kartik who are both alpha. Most of their problems arose from them adamantly doing what they personally felt right, instead of working as a couple.
• When Kartik wanted to live independently in an apartment, Gayu would have been a very 'Mera pati jaise jaha rakhega, main waise hi rahungi' wife. Unlike Naira who tried every trick to move to Goenka Villa. Less Goenka's, less drama.
• Kartik doesn't like timid women. But he would have eventually appreciated Gayu's emotional strength. She doesn't run, hide, lie. He loves beating up goons & 'protecting' people. He would have had enough of that chance with Gayu.
• Gayu had a career & friends. A wife with an established social life away from him.. May be it would have suppressed Kartik's obsessive, clingy side.

If Kaira weren't such barely-adult lovesick puppies, Naira would have spent a few years living with her family, attaining maturity, working on her issues, building a career, & finally marrying a suitable guy who treated her better.

It would have been injustice on Gayatri to have to deal with a hormonal, emotional, volatile man like Kartik. Frankly, both Kartik and Naira were immature, childish and reckless and nothing changed even after having 2 children and adopting one more. Stupid and silly couple. Akshara and Naitik were way better than them. Both had their issues, both had individual problems, but neither of them ran away from it and neither let ego and anger get the better of them. Such a toxic pair. Naira is a complete bhagodi with the arrogance attached as a label. And Kartik is a weak willed and kaan ka kachcha partner. There is no emotional stability, no maturity, no respect, no understanding, nothing. Just two lovesick toxic puppies who haven't matured a bit in 10-12 years of marriage.

why i think gayu would have been bad for kartik one and only one point they lacked chemistry🤣

she liked him... imagine how she would have bored him.

kartik wanted a challenge naira was the only girl he ever met who never fawn over him.

I agree with the point of them both being alpha(naira - kartik) that is so true.

but without chemistry- kartik's obsessive side would forever be dormant, but this would make gayu insecure. She would be ultra in love with him and one day realize theres no excitement etc - similar to how boring keesh are🤣 there was no challenge keerti just loved naksh so how would it excite him? sure it made his superhero complex come alive saving her from aditya but in the long run its just a relationship built on compromise.

With love we want the challenge the excitement

well a watchable love story? -- there was magic in all those day dreams kartik would have...

But i draw the line with multiple divorces and never learning anything from their mistakes and annoying all of us

Oh no! I won't wish such a horrible thing for Gayu. She already suffered a lot and then having a horrible husband like Kartik - oh hell no! Kartik is an immature and volatile guy who does whatever he wants to. This guy still hasn't grown up himself and loves being the victim. He will be fine as long as you are making Kachoris for him, dancing on the terrace and saying 'haye' every five minutes. But the moment Gayu stands up for herself, this guy will disappear. I would never wish such a toxic relationship for anyone.

How can ph destroy the leads so much ? Firstly the story was so abruptly pushed into marriage, secondly so much misunderstandings. They could have rectified the couple so much . However be the storyline and trps of yrhpk be, the lead couple had a very nice transition into lovers and at the end of the day understood each other’s pov.
