Rakhi isn't a best behavior woman. She does cracks vulgar jokes which is not funny at all. What i'd like to believe is that they should've stopped her right in the beginning but they didn't uttered a word against rakhi since she use to speak in the favour of rubinav. She was encouraged by Rubi a bit because Rubi use to laugh at her

Rest she was encouraged by the guests that came in and made her captain and called her entertaining (she was pretty funny until that time) ..and then Salman fixing her bed etc ...all got to her head ..

If she learns where to draw the line she is harmless
