I was gonna post a song but changed my mind after seeing Maa being posted and mentioned multiple times here. That one's definitely a tearjerker and I'm no exception. 😆

I remember watching TZP with some friends who've been through that whole drill, they really felt for the kid and the waterworks this song generated was out of this world. The last minutes leading up to the end of the movie were the finest moments and that made me tear up too.

And then of course, I can't imagine what this song must do to those who are abroad and homesick, feel lonely or have lost their mother. It must stir them deeply if they don't avoid listening to it altogether.

This one I heard recently in Bandish Bandits... the haunting classical music and the song of separation made me tear up while watching it being performed in the show. Not sure if listening to it on YT without the context would have the same effect but here it goes away. It's titled "Virah," meaning separation.
