What he told Som that there is partiality in business I think he feels that way for himself. The way Somresh talks being incharge take decisions without considering other opinion can be one of reason.

Sid is not into family business. He works in construction line. In one of the episode he told Dadu he can't even tell what family business they have to ppl outside.
