Second and third are pretty normal references in everyday conversations. Nobody would be offended because Kumbakarana or Bakasura aren't revered deities.

What is wrong with first and third? We have seen this reference in movies and TV serials. I have been around people and seen them calling others Ram and Laxman, Sita and hanuman. Durga, Laxmi and all gods names. I have seen many people are name after gods.

As long as it is not used in derogatory terms, it should be fine to use gods and devils names also.
