She is right. Traditional Indian meals are wholesome with all the nutrients in right amounts. Notice how Bhumi's skin doesn't look haggard, which most youngsters get who go on high protein diets and crash dieting.
Homemade junk food will have lesser calories as well. I eat everything but make it at home...and I am losing weight too.
The last thing is exercise at least 4-5 days a week. Give urself a break every week too for muscle recovery. Yoga, zumba, hiit and online shredding videos have helped me.
And remember.... CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!!!

Can you pls refer some exercises? I am way too lazy though ..used to do morning jogging, haven't even doing that in winter..

If u are a beginner then start with Roberta and move up.

Go to youtube. There are some really good fitness instructors there. Some even have structured programs for free
