Why is Brij against Uday joining the cricket team? - Page 2

i think lalaji will leave for delhi and Dr baig will stay in Lahore. staying or leaving was not even an option back then so if they want this show to be a bit realistic, lalaji will have to leave. people of different faith shot on the first site during partition riots. west punjab essentially lost its entire hindu/sikh population. even now hindus of pakistan live in Sindh and not punjab. Dr.Baig can't come to india because his family can be killed on the railway station itself...so horrible..😑😑

Yeah that's true and I'm waiting to see what happens after that . Currently the bond of friendship is really strong. So when the partition sets in, how they'll deal with the changed circumstances is what this show is all about. I'm really curious to know that...

Interesting thread, it's too early to predict on the equation. Definitely there will be a back story why he is so against it.

Also people seem to fuel Brij against Uday too.

But hoping to see change in dynamics.

As others said..I think Brij bave once said that he lost his leg or whatever it is while saving him..and his wife also died.. probably that might have made him bitter towards Uday..

But Uday is so caring towards his father..and Brij have absolutely no sympathy towards the person who cares for him .i am not liking his character...

And how will he call a girl who is younger to him as his mother .

True that..how can anyone call a girl younger than him as his mother .and the fact that it was so normal during that tym is so so disturbing....

His relationship with Vashma,I hope,makes him stronger than before..and he gets enough strength to fight back😒
