What if it was not Vansh who caused the accident, but Sai. Sai might have been driving the car and Vansh took the blame?

yea, coz when Riddhu took the car Sia said it was her accident .

That highly possible Vansh took the blame for someone else in the first episode he said family is very important to him, however what doesn’t make sense is he said if she finds out the Raaz which could affect the foundation of VR mansion how could her finding out who caused the accident affect VR mansion
