Haha I think you didn't read the Wiki page for Ishti Kutum clearly.....even though they didn't directly put in a line about when Adi-Malini get married, it's clear they did cuz in one paragraph, they've written ki Adi-Malini ka divorce hua hai....toh matlab shaadi bhi hui hogi😆.....the bigamy angle is common in all versions I think.....I read somewhere ki ek Malayalam version bhi tha jismein apparently Imlie ko negative banaa diya tha and Adi-Malini were endgame🤣

Anyways, I'm not dwelling on all this too much....for now, let's enjoy the show as it comes jitna bhi time humein connect feel ho raha hai. Forum mein log faltu mein apna bheja fry kar rahe hain ki aage Imlie kaunse version mein se kaunsa plot point uthaayega....lol it's better to watch as it comes cuz obviously Gul ne kuch apni khichdi daali hai ismein......for once, Gul and team ka talent for depicting heartfelt moments kisi kaam aa raha hai rather than being wound up in usual hormonal crap😆

Who would have thought ki GUL ka standard will be higher for once😲🤣

Haan this Mohi show just had a very low-budget vibe.....casting bhi kaafi mehh thi so I don't think it ever really had potential to rise to much.....I tried to search for the Bengali version ke kuch clips and the actors look really blahh in that one😆.....Gul has managed to get the casting right so that's making a big difference.

LOL arey tune side characters ka sab itna detail mein padh liya? Haha I kinda stopped reading after the initial bit about leads ka story.....all this jealousy/MU over third angle seems bahuuuuut door ki baat abhi toh😆.

Dekhte hain Imlie ka college track bhi kaise/kab start hota hai.....and you were saying in the previous version ki she goes abroad to study? I do want to see her studying wala track but I also don't want to see her losing her Imlie style of talking.....mujhe bahut endearing lagta hai....I hope they find a way to balance it.

Waise I'll say one more thing.....Mohi ka maine jitna bhi skim kiya, it had nothing like this recent Pagdandiya track and this Adi-Imlie rain/ambulance moments.....so yeh sab Gul additions lag rahe hain.

Arre I toh was looking for something else name of woh meethi actress and then Google took me to.this and I read ...koi soch ke.research nahi kiye neither am I gonna remember all this .. woh toh fun ke liye padha mujhe isse koi lena dena hai nahi ke kitna copy paste kiye hain.. where is the fun then.. Bruh am scared to admit these things but yeah Gul I have to give credit where deserved ... ab isse zyada nahi doongi caz hjmari hi nazar na lag jaaye. She is doing a favor to the story as a whole.. by remaking the version

Bengali version la na maine dekha neither do.i plan too caz sorry regional soaps are a bit too tacky for me casting wise all of them . The o ly regional clips I sometimes check.out for.soaps are from Marathi ka kuch ho toh caz unke TV actors are better but baaki toh I have no stamina or energy to check.out their tv needs too much work and improvements

I don't want imlie to become extra mod or lose her bhojpuri accent or antics too but eventually toh they will try to change things with the loose and all dekhte hain.. abhi toh dilli durr hai who know usse pehle hi show ka pata cut jaaye ya humara intrest chala jaaye rofl

Re: regional versions.....one other notable thing is that SAKK is literally copy/paste scene by scene also of its Bengali version Mohor.....but so far, Imlie mein itna direct scene level pe copy/paste nahin lagta....atleast they've changed the treatment that way and it's for the better so far.

LOL yes, it looks like it barely made it to even 200 epis.....and wohi toh funny baat hai ki same storyline hai but it has managed to capture viewers within two months of being on air.....casting and treatment make a HUGE difference. I will honestly say that even though the rest of the cast is good too, this show wouldn't work if Sumbul hadn't been cast as Imlie....she manages to be the anchor around which every character can revolve and that is what the story needs.
