Veer's anger in today's episode was a way for him to deal with his turmoil. His glares at Rani followed by listening to her prayers, he somewhere knows that he is falling for her. To prevent it from getting to him (since Ranisa is top priority ), he tells her to stay away from him, not act like his wife and that he won't do any SIL rasams.

He is trying to distant himself away but the more he does that, the closer he will get to her.

yes,very true,he is falling fr her n to some extent he knws that her presence has started affecting her.
