Help me find a Story

Arnav n Khushi dadi or Nani are best friends.

They meet each other at their village after ages.

Khushi is dressed as village girl. While saving someone Arnav throws a mangalsutra n it lands on Khushi. They get married but every one thinks Khushi is uneducated as she was unable to read whereas she is a doctor and has stayed in US all her life.
