You know, At this point I will not put anything past the writers. They can actually do that. They wanna follow in Ekta’s footsteps and can very well pull a “twist” like this.

They definitely dont care about Naitik’s characterization. If they can ruin Kartik (who’s the male lead) then Naitik is nothing for them.

No its not possible and is super weird..also Naitik would never cheat on Akshara........Sirat seems younger than Naira unless Naitik went on a business trip to the village and met Sirat’s mother 20 years back ..gaav ki chori sheher ka chora what a twist..

Not possible as Naira was born at home. Naksh has more chances ofhaviga twin or being misplaced as there were incidents of babies being kidnapped from the hospital where Naksh was born.

I hope Naitik didn't have any affair as it would destroy his character. Naitik would never cheat - I hope this was made clear during Kuhu track.
