The way writers give us phuski truths....it may happen that family is telling the truth....but Kabir pehle se twisted plot banake khel raha hai ki kaise woh accident ko use kare to prove with lies that her parents were involved and eventually turn Riddhima against Vansh.I guess the other half kabir might lead her to find out in a twisted way
This is what he did last time as well. He lies that Vansh was mafia and made Riddhima think he was her enemy when later on we find out Vansh is neither mafia, nor murderer.
