somehow the whole Sairat scene fell flat. It was very bland and after reading your analysis it makes sense but we need to get some additional scenes that are not in the original series if they are doing selective copying. I wasn't happy with Sai’s reaction to Virat being hungry all day for her. Sai is very open and straight when it comes to expressing her displeasure but she struggles a lot when it comes to expressing her feelings. This reminds me of a GC scene where Virat teases Sai when she is unable to say sorry after a misunderstanding.

They could have cut shot the family drama. They keep repeating the same thing in loops. I enjoyed the calm and composed Sai who gave it back to Kaku and the gang in a sarcastic way. It was more effective than the “AAP tho chup hi Rahiya ”. This is what her husband was trying to tell her.

I will wait till the episode is aired to see how the chili grinding will go. I hope the makers won't let me down. I can't see them playing with Virat’s character. I agree they cannot show Virat as ruthless as it's against his character.

I found it funny when ACP Virat decide to go on a roundup to check on Aniket 😂. Can an officer just go on a roundup to a medical college without a reason or is round up a code word for dropping without notice to meet wifey dearest.

Hi, I have been a silent reader on this forum and have absolutely loved your insights into the episodes, provides a different perspective to what one see's on screen. Sometimes I wonder if even the CV's and actors think this much about their story and roles.

Coming to the episode, and even other episodes in general, sometimes I think things get built up so much in our heads, that when the episode comes, we feel let down or that it fell short of expectation. Also because a number of us have been exposed to other versions of the show, it feels a little bit of a let down.

I actually went and watched the Tamil version of the scene that played out today, out of curiosity and also because I wanted to know if we were actually going to get a continuation from yesterday or an abrupt end. And I loved how it was played out. It fit perfectly with where Virat and Sai currently stand in their relationship. Virat - who subconsciously is falling for his wife, yet is blinded by his "promise(s)" and not wanting to completely address his feelings, so he labels it as reacting to what he considers "right and wrong". Sai - who is confused by this "hot and cold" reactions that Virat is giving her, and at the same time trying to keep her part of the "deal" alive and strong, because that is the only way she sees herself getting through this.

I will save my thoughts on the family for now - in my opinion, there is no redemption for any of them.

Coming to the precap, I have to say before I watched the episode, I read some of the posts completely getting on Virat's case, but in all honesty, I feel like we are jumping the gun a little. I have a feeling that once Virat stops Sai from going after Pakhi, he is going to turn around and give Pakhi a taste of her own medicine (the Virat Chavan way!). Here's hoping .

Oh and on a side note, loved ACP Chavan's Alexa conversations on yesterday's post - I think you should make it a regular thing 😉.

The whole mushy romance without addressing the unresolved issues isn't working actually... It wouldn't be an honest one unless the emotion comes from absolutely nothing to hold it back. I kind of understand the predicament both are in. It cannot be resolved in a few days or weeks especially when the source of the issue is around them

Arey I wanted to add Alexa but Chavan dampatti were not in the mood. Alexa has heard their conversation in the background but 🤣 phir Kabhi tippani karegi

No matter how long it takes to resolve this fight, it is clear that the war is drawn and Virat has chosen Sai.

He might not roast them all the time, like many expect from him, but he's stopped expecting Sai to compromise with the Chakrams. He knows know that they might never except her because their anger is not rooted his 'mistake', but their loss of control. He's resigned but also resolved to be with Sai in the worst of situations.

I don't think that we will ever get " tumhara agar yahi bartav Raha mere parivar ke prati..." spiel from him ever again. He might want her to be tactical and calm down but won't ever threaten to leave her like that.

In retrospect, I think the breakfast drama was really well done. They both were exhausted, and Virat finally got disillusionment. It might take him a while to shut up every third party from interfering, but he's on the way. It was low-decibel but full of resignation and sadness. The 'disconnect' many are feeling from today's scene, I think, came from Virat's resignation. He knows this is more serious than a chocolate and few witty jokes.

Will refrain from commenting on the precap because misleading. But, if such a situation comes, then I think it's because he thinks of Pakhi as a friend and not because of any leftover feelings. Sai might put up another barrier, tho, and rightly so. These two need to communicate. Chappals in any case reserved for the Navra.

How proud Virat would have been of Sai's tactical masterstroke today! They are slowly getting back together as a team.

One thing that I did like was that there was no shouting. Sai was amazing. I liked the chavan drama after Sai came into picture. I wish she handles them like this going forward 😆

@pink: kiski Yaad dila di I loved that guy when he played. I remember watching the test matches with WI until wee hours when he would bowl... And especially the match where his jaw got fractured and he had to return to India midway. The gentleman that he was and is ❤️❤️ and his neighbour Rahul Dravid. Lagi aaj saawan ki phir wo jhadi hai.... 😍😔

I stopped watching cricket after they retired. Now I don't even know the names of these wannabe boys. The gentlemen left long back

Ab 2 mins ka SaiRat scene de rahe hai aur light moments be nahi de rahe hai show mein... Sirf heavy dose family drama, taunts ,pakhi ya phir virat aur pakhi scene.. Agar 2mins ka scene de rahe hai SaiRat ko mein episode tv par kyu dekhu insta par SaiRat scene dekh lu.... 2mins 20 mins ka torture jalana pad raha hai...

Nice review.. I agree.. relationships are not formed in a jiffy .. sometimes it is better to do things slowly steadily.. abd the makers should not follow the earlier versions blindly .. A lot of things have happened in the last 1 year .. the pandemic , lockdown both of which concern the police and healthcare workers..so all this should be incorporated in the story .. to make it interesting

The basic issue in their relationship is not love hate .. or Tashn .. there is an age gap .. virat by no means is an oldie .. he’s a young chap but sayi is too young .. just out of school .. a lot of things virat may want to do with her .. he may find the attraction forbidden ..

MSo he feels responsible for her .. definetely finds her attractive and smart .. but is not ready to jump in and make her his woman

But definitely since sayi has given him license to flirt with anybody .. her college friends will try to flirt with virat like it happened in Gc and if virat reciprocates .. we may see a different reaction to what happened in GC .. and we may see the green eye monster lurking from both sides
