After watching the episode I understood clearly why Rani denied to go to Veer's room. When applying the sindoor she remembered her marriage and what he said on the wedding night.

Rejection is one of the greatest internal wound . Yes it carved in her heart so much . She did all the work as a bahurani because of her promise to her bauji and in return she got the love of Rajawat's expect Rani Sa. Still she or Veer don't know Veer loves her.
