I just feel that he too is finding Rakhi’s behaviour a bit weird and OTT. Maybe it was a way of putting his message across.
He even told Rubina later in the episode that his priority is only her....he hardly knows Rakhi.

No ! He thinks Rakhi tooth paste is perfect snd Arshi tooth paste needs pudina as her group mouths stink . Dat was his logic
