No its not a new channel. In UK and Europe, Starplus will be rebranded as Utsav Plus. Not here in India.
Yeah I really don't see the point of it though... It makes zero sense. And also.... I hate it. I'm forever calling it Star Plus. I hate the new name and the new logo. It sucks. It's so shit. Why change it? There is literally no reason for it to be changed..... so stupid. Makes no sense what so ever. I don't think I have actually ever hated anything more. I soooo damm agree with you ! The logo is very ugly. They never thought twice before doing this rename shit ! Like what kinda name is this 'Utsav Plus' it sounds sooo tacky. 🤢 Starplus had a class feeling into it. Actually they rebranded it because Disney is launching their new streaming service in Europe and Latin america with the same name 'Star +' so that they dont get confused thus the change. I really wish they never bring this change to India otherwise i am sure people are gonna unsubscribe them totally.

Yeah but why would people get confused? And star plus have been running for far longer. Don't they have copyright on it?? Star Plus is their brand. And has been for over 20 years. If other people want to use their brand name, why should Star Plus change theirs. In fact, can't they stop other companies using their brand name??? It may be an indian brand, but it is known, recognized and used internationally. Star Plus should not have changed it. And it is UGLY!!! The logo is shit. And the name is even more shit!
