So hoorain is expecting but asfand is not happy as her doctor warned him that hoor can harm her baby if she can get pregnant.

There was a flashback scene from hoor's childhood where her mother scolded her as she came 3rd in class instead of first. I don't get it why she scolded her she did not get fail third hi toh ayi thi. They can rather show that she weak I studies but he sister was good.

Instead of focusing on hoor's condition and its treatment they are highlighting love triangle and baseless misunderstandings between hoor and asfand. Its been 22 episodes but there is no progression in story.
