He does not understand or pretends not to understand Sathya's reaction.

He will tells no, i will get my own suitcase. Sathya says oh now you cant even share my suitcase

She keeps telling him to tell everyone that she is also coming on the trip, but he insists on hiding it.

Even after the trip, when Saranya explains everything in detail, he will be like no way, my family doesnt know about me and Sathya. Kaku and family is very traditional and can't even think like it plus she is my brother's wife, why are you imagining things or something like this. Saranya is super upset after this coz of his bland reaction.

But I don't get why virat kicks sai out over devyani tai-husband being reunited? What happened.

I think he is saying this bc completely removed that chapter from his life but pakhi keeps coming back so he pretends he doesn't know what she means. Virat does that a lot too..he gets a lot of stuff but pretends he doesnt get it and works towards things very diplomatically.
