The way episodes are shaping up, it seems like this to me.
Avni, Asha and Ahir planned to swindle property through Avni's unborn child. But issue was Malhar never married her, so she and her child has no legal rights. I even believe the meds he was taking may have been Avni's kiadhara to mess with his mental health and prove him crazy eventually. Next issue is that all figured out that Pillu was alive. Ahir made impulse decision to kill Pillu but died himself.
Until Malhar seemed like he hated Kalyani and Avni felt she can kick out Kalyani from AN, she didn't do anything. Once KalMaSh came back as a happy family, she decided she has to kill off Malhar and blame Mai for it.
Now, Vittal gang drama. I still feel this is related to the Minister and Kalyani's job since Malhar was investigating them for a long time. And why was this an big secret undercover operation? I think because of high-level govt officials being involved. Asha seems like she is the leader of the Vittal gang. Kalyani believes that Vittal gang killed Malhar, but we all know it's Avni. I think Avni will pin the blame on Asha but she will reveal that Avni has also been involved in this from the beginning, but ofc, none will have proof for it.

yep and maybe as we saw mallu throwing medicines on his wedding day, so he stopped taking medicines thinking that 'meri zindagi mein ab kuch nay bacha and all'😆 and that saved him from those medicines and he seemed perfectly alright after that.

maybe as kalyani will do a different investigation by herself in order to know who killed malhar that will lead her to the same place where she finally finds out that shera is malhar was doing an undercover operation.
