People are connected because of the regressive content..her show does not have the heart in the first place..Are you really saying that shows like KB is keeping people connected. Ekta knows the kind of people there are in the society. She knows however modern we become, our ideology about bechari female lead will never go away.

And i dont know who parvati and tulsi are so cant reply on this. I think these are old shows. Not a hindi person, so have not seen old serials.

And our conversation was never about consistency and the writing. If it was then i would not argue with you.

My question is why does people keep telling riddhima to get some self respect? Why is she branded weak just because she chose to stay to prove who she is? Why is it that only when a woman tries to have an individual identity is she called strong or self respectful?

Extreme was also kabir shooting riddhima, the same kabir who made a lot of promises to riddhima. Who in the initial promo said that "his" riddhima was one of the two most important thing, who cried buckets when riddhima married vansh.......We still bought that didn't we

And also justification and all is not at all possible in this show. You cant even justify the first track of the show..ipo how can we?

2nd para, that was response to your realistic comment. I'm not expecting everything logical & real from this show. Little bit consistency is just a expectation from my side.

Last para, people have different definition for women strength & weakness. Lot of people find banshee female lead strong, so kya bole. Here problem is raisinghania tag is not only her identity. She is as a person more than that. The way they're showing thing it's looking bad & unconvincing. About self respect why can't people pinpoint. That clan ishani, aryan, chachi treat her like a shit. Why can't she take a stand for herself? Why can't she tell them off strongly. Her thappad ashirbad comment was in a bad taste. That was not needed. Whole self respect thing is not only related to this track. People just tired with this ridz torture drama & it is going on for a long time. Aur kitna coal burning, nails, strangling drama sahe.

Correct uh dhan... But from first Kabir was spineless to me... This man asked his girlfriend to go near his enemy... So never had any hopes from his promises

Yeah i was talking about bhagya. i think the first ekta show that i watched. i understand hindi but my mother tongue is tamil. So my ma and nani watch tamil serials not hindi so i have also never watched it. so i started watching hindi serials from my teenage days only which was approx 10 years ago. My mother is now watching the tamil dubbed of bhagya and she herself is irritated.

I completely agree with you second para. there are so many inconsistencies no doubt.

I understand that she is a person more than the identity of raisinghanias. But if that's what she choses why she is weak. You yourself said na People have different definition of women strength and weakness then why cant people understand all those definitions. Why stick to one. I am saying you need to agree but you can understand.

The torture scenes and everything was unbearable. It was hard to watch. But at the end of the day, its Riddhima's choice.

My opinion is Riddhima knows her worth. She is strong. She does have self respect. Just because she is not following the path we think is correct, doesn't make her weak or wrong.
