I really don't understand what the problem is.
- Rrahul can post a picture with his co-stars whenever he wants. There is no stipulation written that he must make the post when someone new has joined the cast.
- The "To New Beginnings" caption could allude to anything. Being the actors of the show, they will obviously have more knowledge as to what is in store for us. As fans, we can only make assumptions and chances are they will more than likely be wrong.
- Whatever is in store for these characters is undoubtedly going to bring a new shift in the dynamics of all the relationships involved. Whether it's good or bad, justified or not, it is going to be a new beginning. For Aahana as her status as Mrs. Vansh Raisinghania (legitimate or not), Riddhima in her attempt to reclaim her identity (independent of Mrs. Vansh Raisinghania or not), and most importantly Vansh. Though twisted, this man knows what he's doing and there is a specific purpose to it. Whether that gets revealed to the audience or not, that's up to the writers.
- "P.S. Let the abuse begin." - Rrahul isn't ignorant to how the TV industry works. He's seen the kind of response the fans gave to Vihaan, and he knows how toxic Twitter is. He knows for a fact that right now Vansh isn't going to be getting any love and is not just ready for the abuse to pour in but is welcoming it. It sucks, but that's how fandom works. They can't differentiate fiction from real and no matter what he posts (whether personal or not), they will bring in the negativity they harbor regarding the show and throw it onto the celebs.
- Let's not forget two days ago, he made an last Insta post that he captioned "Love me when the chips are down". Again, Rrahul is fully aware of how wrongful Vansh's may be, but he's an actor who is paid to act out whatever the script tells him to. He can't make demands to make Vansh act otherwise. He's not the writer, creative head, nor does he hold enough clout to make such demands.
Overall, I really don't see what the problem is with this post. In no way has he abused, or disregarded the fans or their sentiments. In case you all have forgotten, let me remind you that Rrahul is well aware of the fickle nature of fandom's love. When things go right they'll love him. But when things start to go even a little bit against their wishes, then they'll take that love away for him as if it had never existed at all. At the end of the day he's just another guy who is trying to make a living by doing what he loves. He has immense respect for those who wish well for him and genuinely love him. He doesn't have any obligation to be kind or sweet to those who have nothing but ill will for him.
the only problem i felt is that he tagged himself and mansi instead of ahana and vansh. he should at least trust his fans that they will appreciate him for his work in this small duration he has captured our mind because of his good acting not because of anything else. if some is bashing him as an actor he should either ignore him or ban them as it would give him peace of mind. i know how difficult it could be to keep changing the story because someone don't like it, it destroys the creative process, but only he has ability to ignore.
