They said everyone by which they meant the hotel staff As we know Riddhima was searching Vansh , and the staffs refused that she had come with her husband . Vansh practically looted her identity as being Mrs VRS !! i think by everyone they mean the staffs .

Dadi's loyalty clearly lies with her grandson. She will do anything he asks her to do. And not to mention vansh is expert in manipulating others. 😕
