My reaction was instantly "oh nooo..she is miscarrying"" then calmed down and was equally as infruriated as Sejal must have been after initial panic...

Love the bond between the girls, hope the neighbours will step in to help out and I think they will provide a much needed family to her

Family is not who you are born into or who you marry into but it can also be friends and neighbours that become family.
