I'd like to give Sai the benefit of doubt here. After all that'd transpired, (this girl was literally fighting off that bunch of aggressive women all by herself while all other Chakram Niwasis were mute spectators, statues, as you rightly called them), and in the heat of moment, these words came out of her mouth. What else would one say to someone who was silent all throughout his sister was being brutally insulted and ab Sai pe sher hona chahte the? The situation plus Sai's nature that we are all well aware of, explains her response.

I didn't mind her pitch. Only her choice of words. The tact is knowing how to be angry, very angry yet when you slap the person in the face, it should only appear like a pat on the cheek. It still will be a slap nevertheless. She does need to learn tact for the life that lies ahead of her.

I have seen many calm, composed and so-called mature ;/ people lose their sh*t when things don't go their way, thus, it is very natural for a person like Sai to have reacted this way, in these circumstances, towards a person as spineless as Ninad, though I agree that her words might have pierced the clan like daggers, but Ninad especially deserved this. Maybe, since I am not faced with this situation IRL, it is easy for me to side with her.

Haina! This was the cutest part. That slight smile and the hand gesture was all so heartwarming. Typical of someone in the initial stages of falling in love, I'd think.
