Here's a short scenario that I came up with....since I can't wait any longer to see Vansh go through hell before he finally gets together with Riddhima (Evil laugh)

Riddhima stood before Vansh’s tall figure.
A moment ago, they were on their way back home. But Vansh had pulled the vehicle over when they got to a cliff that was overlooking a lake. The view of the lake from where they stood now was breathtaking.
Vansh: ‘‘Riddhima, until today I’ve only seen your betrayal and I’ve only seen your love for Kabir….But today I want you to show me how much you love me.’’
Riddhima: ‘‘Vansh, believe me…Kabir doesn’t exist for me anymore…He doesn’t matter anymore…Please trust me.’’
Vansh: ‘‘ Then prove it Riddhima…I used to trust every word you say. But today you have to prove yourself.’’
Riddhima: ‘‘Vansh, every punishment….every test that you give me, I will take them all gladly. Please believe me.’’
Vansh: ‘‘Fine, then do what I say and I promise I will save you… Jump into that lake…I will save you. If you love me, if you trust me, then you have to prove it today.’’
Riddhima stepped back, shocked by his words. She slowly turned and looked towards the lake. Vansh knew very well that she couldn’t swim.
But she also knew that her Vansh will never let anything harm her. So she slowly edged towards the lake, and she felt her heart beat quicken.
Riddhima was standing on the edge of the cliff when she suddenly felt something hit her hard on her right shoulder. A painful sensation shot though her shoulder as she stumbled forward from the impact. The pain was all too familiar for her.
Vansh had shot her.
But before this sudden realization dawned on her, Riddhima lost her balance and fell off the cliff into the lake beneath. As soon as she hit the surface of the lake, the cold water embraced her.
‘Is this my final punishment? Will Vansh finally accept my love?’
‘I love you Vansh’
Riddhima thought as she drowned, waiting for Vansh to save her.

Riddhima was lying unconscious on her bed in VR mansion while the machines beeped rhythmically around her. It has been more than a week but she has shown no sign of waking up.
Vansh paced around her bed. He couldn’t bear this wait any longer.
He had been quick to jump off the cliff after her. But she was barely alive when he took her to the hospital. By the time her gunshot wound was dressed, she had already slipped into a coma.
Vansh couldn’t bear to stay away from her so he took her back home…to their home.
He couldn’t let Riddhima leave him…at least not without telling her the truth.
Vansh stopped the meaningless pacing when he heard a knock on the door. Angre was standing at the door.
‘‘Boss, we couldn’t find out who fired the shot…There are no CCTVs and no one had been around the lake at that time…I’m sorry Boss’’ Angre lowered his head in shame.
‘‘Damn it Angre…do something….follow Ahana, follow Kabir….I don’t care what you do with them but I want to know who shot Riddhima….whoever shot her, I will make him pray he reach his death before I reach him’’
Vansh shut the door angrily and rushed towards Riddhima.
‘‘Riddhima, if you don’t wake up this minute, I will make you regret it’’
Vansh glanced at the glass of water that was sitting on the table right next to the bed. He grasped the glass and smashed it on the wall in a single move. He closed his palm tightly around the broken glass as he kneeled beside the bed.
His eyes welled up with tears while he let the pieces of the broken glass fall from his hand.
Vansh took Riddhima’s hand and placed a soft kiss.
‘‘Please wake up Riddhima… I should never have done what I did…but believe me I didn’t shoot you…I could never do it….please believe me.’’
‘‘Whenever I felt sad, you were always there for me…you always took my pain away. So why can’t you see my tears today…’’
He held Riddhima’s hand tightly and wept till her hand was covered with his tears and blood.
