I agree with you on this. He too didn't answer her question that day whether he accepts her as his darm patni. Now she thinks she does not exist in his life. I cannot blame Rani on this. I really want Veer to work on his promises. If not the caring one at least the education one. Just like you said. We both think alike here.
He knows the accident truth. So truly Rani's whole family paying for it. Rani and Pinku became orphans . I can understand that he may cannot accept her but he can work on his promises.
Both will take time but he can repay Ramdeer 's sacrifice with the promises he gave to Ramdeer .

Vikram too has started from drinking too much to just being mini Veer
Even Champa character took off
We know ML always get sacrificed for all characters
But Veer is something so different that I don’t want it butchered
Veer post marriage as such has not developed, now too Nandini they aren’t showing him doing anything, unless the hospital visit was for Jai proof searching
He did not go to Champa n talk too or pinkoo to
Pinkoo he gave rap to Rani but I have seen no convo from him
Hope they listen n develop his character
I do not want him to be an arm candy for Rani
Currently arm candy of Kiara
I want them to develop Veer character lot of scope
I do not want him to apologise instead act before
ML apologies n arm candy or for romance or infamous ONS
Want Veer character fully developed not half baked

I don't want Rani to fully depend on him. Truly I don't any FL to fully depend on ML.
I like Veer to be a mentor, guider to her.
Agree he didn't go to Champa or Pinku. He knows that Pinku too is an orphan now. He didn't talk to him at all.
Champa I think he knows that she is lieing and will lie to him too. So no use of talking to her.
He is not trying to find any proof against Jai. Threatning does not work on Jai. He asked Rani not to do anything on it. Better she will eiter mess up as she overtrust people or land in to trouble. But we didn't see he is searching for proof yet.
I too want him to say sorry through actions. Saying sorry is easier than acting.
I want him to give proper word to Rani whether to think her as his Patni or not. They could have gone on with it but not now. Kiara is taking advantage because he has not taken proper decision .
Like you said hope CVS work on his character soon.
They worked on Rani. At least she is improving .
