I think it was mentioned or implied that Kaka took back the case as he didn't want the last Rane pariwaar waaris to go to jail.

But I'm telling you Chandu. There was no case against Moksh. The whole FIR that Kaka filed and police coming, all was part of the plan.

Then Avni coordinated with Vittal's gang to finish off Malhar. But it was all a trap and plan by the police department. I just don't think Malhar knows about Avni's involvement yet. But I think he'll use Avni to bust this gang.

Hyper focus on Kalyani's job was done for a specific reason. Or else why was it even needed? I am sure Minister was planning to trap her in some corruption case. And Malhar was saving her.

what u are saying makes sense, actually there are also few scenes that contradict with all these, we already discussed that, like malhar not stopping kalyani from resigning and some other scenes. jo majboori theory pe hum ne discuss ki thi, all that applies here as well.

what makes it more confusing is that, them not clearing some important things, like if sarthak took back the case then ek chota sa 30 secs ya 1 min ka convo dikhate ki ayisa hua. taaki hume kuch cheezon pe tho clarity mile.

sawaal bahut hai and jawaab we don't have, only hum assume kar rah hai as always. maybe upcoming episodes mein thoda aur kuch pata chale.
