I think the tandav (if she does one) is going to be about saving Veer's life again - the powers thing is a bonus or she finds another solution to that. Veer's life is in danger because of Jai (and markaat) someone from her own clan has hurt someone innocent (also obvs her husband!). So I can see why Bani would do a tandav and why her wish would be granted.

I don't think Veer has lost only his powers. From Ballu's dialogues and the way they show him so weak..he is losing his entire soul or total Shakti as a a cheel and a human. That's why Ballu is insisting that he is about to die. Looks like he is slowly losing all his energy.

That would make sense because he is falling ill as well- which is why Bani will do what she needs to save him. Poor Veer shouldn't have gone to the moon 😆
