He never trust her blindly. Before cliff scene, he was emotional, needed a support. So he bent to her that's it. It didn't look like 'blind trust'. In one episode he was suspicious, next episode he was crying on her lap. Yeah this is the trust. Writer's fault mostly. Siya was dieing ,he got arrested,framed ,ridhu's betrayal and jumped from the cliff.
He has suffered alot and in the process of hurting ridhima Woh khud ziyada hurt ho raha hai.

Writers ne kuch b clear nhi kiya
As per audience perspective what they showed was vansh trusted ridhima
He also suffered alot and he's still suffering

People are after vansh, what does it mean? Most of them here for vansh only. He was a better written character. So expectation from him was higher. When people are seeing his character getting ruined they're criticizing, simple. I watch the show for vansh. But in a whole cliff saga I couldn't sympathize with him. Because most of those mess was created by him, his carelessness, his dumbness, his overconfidence are mostly responsible.
