That would be so out of character & ruin the show for me. No redemption for Virat in my eyes if he did that. Its one thing to feel possessive or insecure or jealous. But that can make him try to find out / curtail where she goes or what she does. But questioning her character or accusing her of an affair is unbelievable.
I hvnt really watched the Tamil show properly but caught bits & pieces as my MIL was watching when she visited me. And I hv to say I did not like either Vikram (Virat) or Sharanya (Sai) in it. I found him stuffy, dense, easily to manipulate & not as progressive as our Virat. I found Sharanya needlessly aggressive, immature, insensitive & screechy. Also she used to always wear saree & didnt look 18, so she came across as even more immature as appearamce not in sync with behaviour.
I like the characterisation of Virat & Sai better & I hope they tone down the MUs in the Hindi version.
