I was watching some video analysis where narrator was implying that Sushant has been physically tortured as well by Rhea đ, while they were drugging him - video where she was telling Sushant to take his food or medication or else she will tell papa , something like that, more of scenario where he was drugged n was deprived n given what he wanted on pretext of blackmaking or telling on him to someone he feared, it's so hearthbreaking if true. đ
In above posted pic , it seems more like that where he is aware that people r watching over him n he is trying to be careful, I m sure during this time, he was getting threats.
