I don't think Ranlia engagement can happen without KJo, which makes me certain they are all there just to bring in the new year.

Ranveer and deepika were seen hugging some family friends when they arrived at jaipur airport, so I'm guessing they are their to spend time with friends or there may be a friends wedding they are attending, their trip is not related to rk and alia, rk and alia seem to be in jaipur just for a family holiday

Why are Alia and RK even in Jaipur ? That too family vacation 😆 is the circus till the wedding/movie on a roll.
