She is older than Sai and she is Samrat's wife (Samrat is older, if I'm not wrong). She calls Karishma as Karishma (who is also older than her) no didi for her (Mohit is younger).

She calls everyone exactly what Virat calls his relatives.

She can't just say Pakhi like Virat as she is older.

Also Virat is the only one is the house who calls her Pakhi. All others call her Patralekha .

So she has to add didi due to her age.

And as of now, Sai thinks that their equation shouldn't matter. She is still not in the possessive biwi mode.
