Aastha is one determined lady and has very strong morals and ethics!! Its so good to see such women characters in a show. Hope they don’t mess with her character!!

first of all i loved the girls ka gidda performance on hulle hulalre on stage sticked to culture without using the stereotypical OTT over exaggeration. it was done very well and depicted the punjabi culture with honesty.

It did feel different, as in less gimmicky and more authentic 👍🏼

phir when sahurya was called on stage and he announced the winner and noticed ke college ki representative is aashtha and aastha on the other end avoiding the stage caz of obvious reasons and told the other teacher with her to go and her colleague bhanpooing that it is her son and again showing sensitivity and encouraging her to go if it is the same shaurya and tellign her to go face it and her going. phir woh between Photosession her whispering to shaurya that he looks handsome and she hopes ke ab woh iss kaabil ho gaya hai ke baat ko samjhega and him not anaswering back . bohat ache se handle kar rahe hain yeh moments it's all about execution and they have a very poignant sa feel in all of these moments

I really liked Astha- Shaurya scenes. The fact that Shaurya did not create a scene or go out of his way to insult Aastha on stage makes me appreciate him more. He actually fake smiled too😆while giving the trophy and hinting her to take it , as she was just busy looking at him😆. There was a moment while taking pictures, she tried going close to him and he just moved away:(

phir shaurya toh stage se chupke se jaa raha tha( again i appreciate that he isn't the one to make public scenes well as of now and chup karke nikal leta hai ) but anokhi insisted he says something as a Cheif guest toh isne maa ko sunane ke liye taana maar dia ke women are teh pillars of family and in order to chase their careeers they end up shaking the base of families . anokhi bechari toh shock ho gayi she was taken back ke yeh toh expect nahi kia tha then she asks aastha maam to say something and aashtha maam bhi indirectly toh bete ko hi jawab de rahi thi and goes well families don't become support group for betiyan and isntead bedhiyan ban jaata hai and if only these boundries are removed they can see that how strong a pillar can betiyan be. Go aashta Maam * blows a seeti * for her a scene worth watching for simple to the point but very meaningful baat

This indirect conversation was also nicely done. Shaurya at this point is too hurt and his mind is all filled with trash that his badi maa taught him through out his life. So he talks about how womans who go after their career and leave behind their families completely destroys the family. Aasthas answer👏 Woman shouldn’t have to make a choice career or family, they can balance both wonderfully if given the support.

uske baad woh bahu of sabharwals cleavage wali asks her MIL ( gayatri) ke yeh kya baat hui ke ya toh kaam kar lo ya shaadi akr lo and says that this was very unreasonable and she still doesn't understand this toh woh gayatri isko bolti hai bas sabharwals ki yeh sharat hai the only condition to be the bahu here is housewife banke rehna hai and bekhayaali main bol jaati hai ke himmat toh aashtha main thi aaj jahan bhi hogi sukhi hogi😆 toh woh bahu asks her ke ab toh bata do asal main hua kya tha and *Drumroll* we get the FB

i won't ruin it much for you guys but basically aastha gaveup her career got married setteled down until her brother died young and her old parents had no financial support so to support thm she wanted to work again and her husband agreed but woh bade papa was being an ass and went i promised mere bapu ke koi bahu kaam nahi karegi toh shaan ne halka sa bola and phir went jo aapki marzi to the brother and when aashtha tried to reason with them ke yeh koi woh shaukiya nahi kar rahi she has a responsibility towards her old parents and agar aise nahi toh woh jaa rahi hai with shaurya to they told her ke sahurya nahi jaa sakta caz he is sabharwal..

I already like Gayatri , lol even in the FB she did not immediately say yes to Devis question about working😆. ( Lol at bahu names, Devi, Gayatri and Aastha😆) DIL and MIL conversation was sweet with DIL asking a very simple question, its ok I don’t want to work but why do we have to make a choice and why is it a big deal? ( These little thing makes show so relatable)

MIL saying Aastha made a good choice she must be atleast happy wherever she is . ( Again the women, most f them in the show has brains and common sense , slow claps)

There was a good reason for Aastha to leave. If she had a little support from her husband she wouldn’t have to leave Shaurya behind! Deviji insinuating that she wants to leave the family to make a career🤢 .I love the fierce dignity and high principles Aastha has. Even in the present when she is trying to reconnect to her son, she doesn’t give him the right to casually misbehave with her!

( i mean ok fine i told the context but still it is worth atching for execution ) it doesn't come across as just token proper setup kia hai base and it gives weightage to shaurya in how he is.

precap is the same scene where aashtah wants to talk to shuara and he says nahi karni toh anokhi goes you doing badtameei.

basically aaj ka episode is dedicated to maa beta and aastha maam. i am pretty sure you guys will like it too.

I am really liking the execution so far :))

Yep, that's exactly what it is.....they are attempting to go for a rom-com but failing at that.....the show was better when it was more of a quirky slice of life mode with the initial epis.....now all these scenes of Sarang-Alia with slow-mo hawaa and music is totally leading to a disconnect.

Thursdays episode had Bapuji playing Rajesh Khanna song, ekdum proper taiyari ke saath with perfume and all to set up a mahaul😆 Kamleshwari was zapped uska ek jhooth uske liye museebat ban gaya😆 Ek taraf bapuji is trying to get a ghar ka chiraag, on the other hand BIL got kicked out of his room for trying🤣 and the other sisters husband comes on the chhat chupke se to meet his wife🤣Ekdam mazeydaar family hai 😆 I just love the actor playing Kamleshwari🤣

Pata nahin what the makers have planned.....Sarang ke donor banne se pehle hi yeh haal hai toh when she finds out he's the father of her baby, aur kitna LLHH hoga, baap re😳😆

The LLHH and slow mo scenes have completely ruined Sarang and Alia scenes. There is absolutely no base or connection to show all that at this point

Jungle scene was basically she giving him ride home and Sarang sees a little girl hiding and asks Alia to stop the car. She runs away in the jhaadi or whatever that was and both of them try to find her. Their scenes really don’t connect because there is no base but it is what it is 😆 She came to know he is a writer and in the precap he says the poem that he had posted on her account after her interview.

In that promo Fary posted of Neil show, the only thing I noticed was Yellow jewellery, yellow furniture, loud colored sarees and even louder acting 🤣🤣 So this show seems like a master piece compared to that trash 🤣

And apparently he was in that Haq Se web-series on AltBalaji....lol the one with Rajeev Khandelwal....abhi maine google kiya toh yaad aaya I think he played the role of that journalist that the middle sister was obsessed with.....but I'm still not sure.....lol confusing hi hai.

He has worked in quiet a few shows and movies but I have watched none of them, I watched 24 but I don’t remember which season I saw, it was politician one😆

The question here is, why does she have to choose when she can do both her duties very well? It was not an easy decision, but she had not been given any choice here by the powerful Sabherwals🤢

I am waiting for your thoughts on it caz I am seeing the broader picture and mujhe toh aashtha galat nahi lagi in making thr choice she made. I think there is more of FB today abhi maine dekha nahi but the thumbnail has a crying baby shaurya and devi trying to console him.

It is probably the hardest decision she had to make and maybe she would not be ever able to forgive herself for that. But IMO she was in dharm sankat kind of situation and she just needed a little support from her husband or her family, so she was forced to make a choice.

Also lol Sabherwals were wealthy enough they could have found other ways to help if they wanted?

It's amazing how maa ne chod dia dikha but why she had to make that choice nahi dikha and it's not like she wanted too they told her she cannot take their waaris along with her and denied her the right over her own son

Shivaay and Anikaa are a riot to watch together😆 Anikaas know it all attitude and her language, Shivaays reactions to it 🤣 and the utter joy Om, Rudra and Daadi have at the expense of Shivaay 🤣 That fark nahi padta phase has me in splits 😆 The words Anikaa comes up with just stays with you and its like you can use it in your day to day life🤣 They are so addictive😆

There are some like Gunne and I am lost like Shivaay and understand his plight🤣 She had to explain, mann mein bolne waale log , bohot chant hote hai 🤣

I loved the whole check mate scene too. The way she gets out of every situation and turns the table on him is nicely done. Inspite of the comic elements, there is a build up that makes you believe, that they would have a deeper soulful connection:)) Both of them are able to see the other side , directly or indirectly. Like Anikaa has this doubts about which is the real SSO after she sees him interacting with his brothers and daadi😆

The scene where she describes all her interactions with Shivaay to Om and Rudra is 🤣. Even the brothers keep correcting her when she says Kaanch to windscreen or Helicopter to chopper but Anikaa sunne walo mein se nahi hai. At one point she says, pata nahi unkke helicopter ka tyre puncture ho gaya hoga , isliye late ho gaye 😆

Lady gaga got renamed because these angrez log may sue her for defamation🤣

I can now see why you guys talk about them so much, they really are different and one of a kind. Right now its mostly on the funny side, but you can see the emotional build up also that happens between them.

The scene where Anikaa meets him to tell him that your 72 hours are up and you lost the challenge was nicely shot. The bit where Shivaay goes in his car and sees Anika laying broken was 💔

Overall I am liking the Anika- Shivaay scenes and their scenes with Brothers and daadi. I loled at the dumbness of makers actually putting Shivika, Rumya and Ishika after the tittle credits

The kaali coffee scene🤣🤣🤣 I just can’t 🤣 I completely lost it when he says its called Expresso and Anikaa just goes to aap bhi apni cheezo ko naam dete ho and then tell me about naming stuffs🤣🤣 She just doesn’t listen to him , just shoos him and his high talks most of the time😆 I just so relate with Anikaa on kaali coffee bit and her opinion on it 🤣

Wohi toh they could've looked for solution instead of no you can't work or help they didn't even remotely try to find another solution. I am wondering if they then too had the institute and why couldn't they let her work at their own institute and kinda use it as a part time job thing of they were so mahaan . Shivika ka essence has been maintained till the very end of "original" shivika before they went into redux where also the initial scenes were done really well but then they lost it still the original world wale shivika never ever made us lose connect to shivika eveb when we used to feel upset they would make us lose patience for like weeks and then one scene it would take to reel us back in so much beauty in their growth in their relationship. The other thing that I have always appreciated so much was they never changed their banter wala dynamic.
