Well, my cousin told me it's called buddhi ke baal as a kid. But buddhi ke baal is mostly white and sold in small packets. The one in the show is more like the typical cotton candy. I think its also called bhovro translates to something that spins (like a top) but I'm not sure.

In Mumbai if you buy it on the street it is Budhiya ka baal


If you buy it at the mall it is cotton candy or candy floss.

In Gujarati even it's called buddhi na baal .
