Yeah that cheek pat was weird 😳...this is a little interesting how often they parallel her Abba and her Virat sir. Somehow, someway, I think she's taken her possessiveness/feelings for her Abba and transferred to Virat. Something Virat said before keeps ringing in my head, that Sai has never loved anyone (romantically) so I wonder if the CVs are going down that track? Sai starts crushing on Virat, but can't understand those feelings because she's never felt them before.

On a related note, I think the CVs have done a better job showcasing some of the pitfalls of an age gap relationship than any show I've seen that actually had age gaps as the primary focus 😆 As of now Sai is Virat's guru's kid and Virat is Sai's Abba's student. That primes them to think of each other in a bit of a kid/mentor way. Until they break out of that thinking pattern, we won't see romance between them. I still think they're developing feelings, but I don't think the CVs are going to do obvious romance for a bit (maybe until, as someone said, one realizes their love for the other!)

Have seen some episodes after marriage. Apart from kind of the promise he has given to Pakhi (I mean that's understandable too till a point), the character of Virat is relatable till now. 😆

i absolutely agree. they have grown a fondness for each other. for virat she is someone who is 10 yrs younger to him and need of a mentor. romantic feelings will come later when she grows from a beautiful girl to a beautiful women.

i have read an article on topic of age gap between couples where it concludes that its okay for a 35 yr old to love a 25 yr old but not okay for 28 yr old to love an 18 yr old. i completely agree with the same bcz i dont think an 18 yr old would have emotional maturity to choose their life partner.

so i want them to show sairat involved romantically only when sai is atleast 20 or 21. till then i an okay with them forming a bond on the basis of trust and friendship.
