Chapter 1:

New Beginnings

Ridhima was broken. She didn't know what to do now after everything that she has gone through only for the love and the one emotion that she has always carved for.

From the time she has understood the meaning of being an orphan she has carved for a family, she watched how couples would come and pick a child of their dreams she always wanted to be a part of it to be a part of a family but she never got one.

She studied hard and became a physiotherapist. In some way she wanted to give people what she never had wanted to help them, be part of them while helping them. In all of her journey there was only one person who stood by her supported her became her piller her family, that was her friend, her sister Sejal. She was the only one in her life who knew her, was with her in her ups and downs and would never judge her let anything happen.

Kabir was the first person who showed her the dream of her family a family she always wanted and she trusted him in fulfilling that dream of hers. Now thinking about it she should have know that it will never be her, never her who will be a priority to anyone should have know that she is not that important to anyone around her that they will take time to know her her dreams or even the fact that she can have dreams too.

It's been three months that she has left the VR Mansion. Three months that again all her dreams have come crashing down because the people whom she thought were her own the people who were her family, the family for whom she risked her life didn't bother to know what happened and what the truth was.

The one person she loved whole heartedly didn't bother to talk to her and declared her a betrayer. Wasn't he the one who said he didn't want to know about her past, wasn't he the one who said he didn't want to know what happened in her life before him. Then how come it's her fault that the people she trusted in the past were his enemies, enemies who wanted him dead and not just in jail. How is it only her fault when he too was in the wrong. In wrong with assuming ultimate bad about her assuming she will harm his family for the motives that she too was not clear about and was manipulated into. Wasn't he the one who Played with her feelings,then how come it's only her who is being punished.

Sitting here now on the window sill of her new apartment looking at the moon and remembering all the moments that she has spent with her husband, the one person she trusted, the one person she thought will understand her, the one person who broke her heart completely, she came to a conclusion that she is alone and will always be, that no matter how much ever she tries she will never be accepted in a family...and it's now time to look forward and embrace herself and love herself...that she should stop looking for validation from others, that she should not need anyone and keep her faith in her bappa because if he decides then there might actually be someone in this world who will want her love her and not expect anything from her.

Excellent; really well written; why is it always her fault; granted she has made several errors but never done with revenge in mind, always her aim is to prevent wrong action to be taken but because she goes it alone there are always severe unintended consequences, yes a lot of people died but you know I am beginning to think those people would have died anyway...plus I dont exactly see family running to to take a bullet for Vansh, more running to put a bullet into Vansh.

I am glad she had the courage to leave.
