I don't think Avni can snatch any property just yet. Cause she isn't Kaka legal wife, that's still Anu. But I think all will assume in society that 5 years ago, AnuSar divorced.

Re the money. So I agree with Gayu's theory. 5 years ago, Ranes must have inherited large fortune. Split evenly between Kaka, Baapji, Swara and Malhar. Deshmukhs wanted money so they forced Swara to marry Vivek.

Malhar was in deep depression, so he blew through his money via charity and donations.

Kaka was introduced as super rich and successful. Since Swara married Deshmukhs and HarThak hate the Deshmukhs, I'm sure Kaka would have willed all of his money to Malhar when he dies. That's where the plan of Avni and Ahid started I feel.

Now with Vivek on jail for domestic abuse and basically dowery allegations, Swara's money has come back to Ranes. That's why they have taken over AN and AS has no legal way to fight it. Or else she would have called the police and lawyers by now. That's why she's asking Avninto convince Kaka to take back the case against Vivek. So she can keep Swara's money and Vivek is released from jail.
