Because, every time Pakhi used to retaliate to Sai's remarks, Virat would tell Pakhi "Woh toh bacchi hai...", but his tone would be hesitant and doubtful, signifying that he didn't agree with Sai but had to defend her for the heck of it. Today, the way he countered her, his voice held happiness, pride, confidence and also a firmness that indicated that he wasn't gonna hear any BS against Sai. And I loved that. This is exactly what Pakhi needs. No matter how much Sai tells her to back off, it's not going to have any effect on her. She needs to hear this from Virat.

This comes just days after Virat to PP: "Tum jaisi samajhdaar aur matured ladki ko ye sab Shobha Nahi deta"

^I think that this dialogue was not exactly a compliment. He expressed more disappointment in her. This moment was the first jerk reaction that Virat got, the one that brought him back to earth, after spending months together in the land of illusions that Pakhi had created for him.

It must have hit PP hard. But what fails me is that isn't her face such a give away of this 'morbid jealousy' that she feels - it is actually a window to her mind. She is not just a heartbroken woman. She has an underlying disorder for sure that pushes her to these extreme moods where she's not able to decide how to conceal her actual thoughts and ends up slipping out of her fur coat.

^I honestly think that she's done with the heartbreak phase too. This is now the peak of her obsession. It is that zidd to get Virat that she wants to satisfy. She would probably not know what to do once she actually "gets" Virat. But right now, that doesn't matter. If Virat didn't notice the maliciousness and bitterness she's filled with even now, then he sure is dumb.

I am actually liking Sai's silent sass. THIS is the khichdi I want Sai to have forever! Her silence is so loud that it irks her detractors. They want her reaction because they know they have an upper hand in driving home their point when she goes out of control. The last few altercations, where she has chosen to save her energy have baffled the family but not enough to see through the point she's trying to make. When she's calm, it's their facade that falls. It won't be long before the 'judge' can decipher without hesitation and doubt the intentions of everyone who puts up an act. We all know who the judge is ☺️

^Even I'm liking this Sai who is carefully choosing her battles. And I love this "Lets kill them with kindness" attitude of hers. The people in the Chavan nivas have figured out that getting her out of control puts her in the bad light, making it easy for Virat to stand against her. Now that she's slowly learning the art of dealing with the circus there, the people in the Chavan Nivas are in for it.

And what's with, "Tumne apni Badbad se Virat ko sone Nahi Diya" 😂😂😂

Virat's pride in Sai has been evident right from the moment he met her as a "topper". There was no turning back. He prides himself in being someone attached to her, long before he even became her 'husband'. He prides in her intelligence, in her courage, her selflessness, her compassion, her achievements and even her identity -- I LOVED how he addressed her as "Sai Joshi" in yesterday's episode.

This👏. No matter how much her hot temper and immature ways, he did admire her from the first moment he met her. Even when she told her father that she'll not touch Virat's feet, he was impressed with her guts and straight-forward attitude. It is probably because this is the first time he is seeing someone like her, so honest, caring, courageous, strong and selfless, a girl who is merely 18, who has witnessed horrible things in life, but still faces the world with so much strength. Sai has the one thing from Virat that Pakhi would never have, and that's his respect.

And of course, he's began vicariously living through her -- the energy, the frankness, the virtue of standing up for justice because staying silent at all times is perpetrating the crime. He's also living through Sai those moments where he can set aside the heavy crown of being Chavan niwas Ka chaheeta beta because she doesn't care about the title and won't judge him.

^If Sai is learning to be more understanding and mature from Virat, then Virat is learning how to speak up and loosen up from Sai. With her, he's just Virat - the playful, witty, funny, jolly guy hidden beneath the burden and responsibility surrounding him. We've only seen this side of Virat when he spoke to Samrat, and now with Sai. He's teaching her how to be wise, sensible and the art of picking her battles, while she's teaching him how to live.

This Kharbooja is definitely turning laal 😄 He can ACTUALLY laugh openly in that war-room like living area where Sai is grabbing his obnoxious family heads by their hands and legs to extract "aashirwad" . (PP's face was the reward for putting through this unnecessary breakfast drama)

This is first time he has openly allowed himself to laugh at her antics despite the civil war that's going on in the living room. Even during the reception or that aakhri rasam, he just smiled and let it be. And Pakhi looking at Virat while he was enjoying Sai's antics was such a treat to watch!

It won't be long before Chavan saheb is also on the same samajhdaari and maturity ki raah as Sai. He is already there -- thoda sa pagla, thoda sayana 😀❤️ living his inner child with Sai, which perhaps never got to express it's awe to the little beauties of life. Your inner child has grown up in constraints, aware of what is around but never fully exhibiting what is inside. Sai ke Saath you are on the right 'raah' just like she is with you. Omi and Sonali are fair weather friends. They are siding with Bhavani for their benefit and because 95% people also want to enjoy the perks of being chosen ones of those in power. Unfortunately, their son is not getting the respect they would like. They are putting up but very visibly at the first given instance, they will ditch Bhavani if they feel she's losing control and if the other side is gaining power and wealth both. I don't think they can do without Bhavani. But for Sai, she definitely doesn't need matlabi people like them in her gang. 😀

Oh the WAY he declared Sai's result. It was like ALL his excitement coming out in his voice, his smile and he just wanted to actually break into a dance with her. Exactly! It puts Virat in a tight spot but I guess he doesn't mind her being stern but when she gets into the zidd mode without applying some amount of tact, he is forced to rebuke her which he actually doesn't like doing. That's why when he has the chance, he will only distribute golis about keeping her in check but actually turn around and join her mono-act sessions 😂

I think 'respect' is too generic. I would call it adoration. Virat respects all women but he adores Sai. Soon, he's going to realise that there has never been and will never be any other woman who will be able to replace Sai in his life. She's one piece.
