Haan I was browsing the forum a bit and read some posts which said that Anokhi's character is better sketched than the Bengali version so far.....fierce without going overboard.

Pyar/shaadi jab hoga tab dekh lenge but for now there seems to be scope for Anokhi to pursue her goals.....and ML bhi woh typical ruthless scheming types nahin hai so shaayad hate shaadi na ho....lol time will tell.

*Edit: Oh thanks for clarifying the name of the actress who plays Bubbly.....lol I don't remember her from Porus but now it makes sense if she was in an ST show before, why she's also in RK.....lol

I also got carried away and then watched the bit around sso getting shot and once again I was overwhelmed by the hospital scene and billu doing anika anika the moment he opens his eyes and being in all daze whether she was in the room or no for a moment when she hides and then the handhold and uske baad when pinky does her trick and takes him home and again where is anika and rudra bechara getting the daant from anika ke.why the hell did he bring his ziddi bhaiya out and him going what is my fault in this🤣🤣 man such wholesome feels . Haha we went through SO many cycles of giving up on these two and then being pulled right back in😆.....woh VAT track was testing our patience but then we got band wala Billu so we all got happy and regained the connection to Shivika....lol

What a faltu episode of S9MK man wayyyyy too unrealistic... pehle woh poonwalah asking alia to prepone everything as tomorrow his wife ki chemotherapy and he made a mistake in giving them the date and arrange everything gin 30 mins . Then alia called the chef BM him to make a customized cake in 30 mins like come on that doesn't happen come on... phir alia se woh cake gir gaya zameen pe and when she arrived toh SD ne darwaza khola and lo and behold alia ji jisko apne saatg bars on se kaam karne walon ke names yaad nahi rehte ek sec main went sarangdhar tum yahan kya kar rahe ho meri company ka naam khrab karne aaye so he explained ke poonawala called him thinking he is still working for dds when alia wasn't picking the phone toh infact woh fire hone ke baad bhi alia ki company ka reputation bacahne aaya hai wah re mahaan Dunia and alia kept doubting his idea and him and then they came to know ke Mrs PW ko alzeimers bhi hai she mistaks sarang as her brother and son and ohir they did a lame song sequences on pyar ki yeh kahaani suno to remind her uski LS and sd and alia played them and in precap they are stuck in some jungle

Matlab hadh se zyada off track ho gaya hai uppar se alia keeps grabbing his shirt and they also played yeh fitter mera on their staring session matlab 🤪 kab hua itna koi connect kuch bhi baja do ek dum mismatch and irritating tha

Oh also sd brought sasta maawa cake from some bakery and alia was like sabotage and he went sabotage nahi hIi and phir woh Mrs and Mrs PW liked it

Itna zyada disconnect I felt na i turned it off

But sabse funny is precap main maa and bapou in room baapu trying to romance with aaj mausam bada beimaan hai playing in BG🤣🤣 and maa all weirded out 🤣

Yes band wala billu came as such a shock 🤣 caz humne har possibility soch li thi ke billu band wala kyon bana but yeh nahi socha tha jo asal main hua tha🤣🤣 uss week we did get woh ring wala hint scene too pehle and KANK too which we did like but phir bhi we were so unsure with vat se shaadi the promo of ani with other SP dulhans🤣🤣 in her ati ajab outfit and what pinky will do and phir BAM BAM itbi khushi itni khushi mili * in govinda's voice* ke phir hum sambhal nahi paa rahe thay. We were so over the moon🤣

I am pretty sure porus main thi ya phir RK hi tha shayad I Don't remember all I remember is she was kept in some dungent with her husband and she had to protect her son caz uska mama would kill him and they had 100 sons pehle or something and I remember us both talking about that historical for the few days . Shayad RK hi ho caz I remember RK main reema was Krishan ki mummy baad main. Toh maybe you are right she might be devki hi . I have such a blurry memory but ya toh rk tha ya porus and yeh scene I remember aur kuch nahi🤣

Oh Good to know ke anokhi is better sketched in comparison gives me hope for the show and character though I wouldn't take forumwasis ka word seriously knowing who the members actually are there😉

Just finished watching aaj ka SAKK epi......another good one with nuanced scenes.

In particular, I can't stop making a note of the fact that a FL on ITV is firmly repeating in almost every epi ki "Shaadi meri manzil nahin hai".....lol when literally EVERY GODDAMN show on ITV runs on the premise of beta shaadi kar lo, zindagi mein aur koi goal nahin hai.....aur ab baith ke pati ke around life revolve karo.

Today Shaurya-Anokhi got some interactions....first was the traffic stop scene where she overheard him saying to Shagun on the phone that he wanted a wife who'd give him more importance over her career and dreams and Anokhi says, "Rubbish"....lol.....Shaurya doesn't see her face there but he gets pissed hearing someone diss him. Served him right :P

Iske baad wala scene is the best one in the epi.....a conversation between Anokhi and Aastha ma'am where they talk about patriarchy again.....and how men and women equally contribute to it by this point.....very well written scene touching on a whole host of issues related to patriarchy in terms of why it stems from the need to control women....and over time women seem to have gotten used to being controlled by men.....the little bit when Anokhi asks, "Kya auratein is vicious cycle ko todna chahti nahin, ya tod paati nahin"? and Aastha goes...."shaayad dono".....very thoughtful convo.

Second SA interaction was in the college when she bumps into him while running in the corridor.....lol her lipstick leaves a smudge on his sleeve....isse pehle wala scene was cute when her friends were trying to get her to put on lipstick.....I like that Anokhi is a tomboy in many ways.....sports shoes pehenti hai with her suits😆.....hatke hai.

They are using that "Anokhi teri Jugni" wala song for her scenes with Shaurya too....lol thankfully koi romantic theme nahin hai so far.

End mein they also showed Aastha seeing Shaurya in the college and recognizing him....trying to sneak glances at him while staying out of his sight in the auditorium....emotional ho gayi.

Right now Aastha is the most intriguing character and makes you want to know her backstory.....tomorrow's precap has her running into Shaurya but I can't tell if Shaurya recognizes her or not.....he might have insulted her cuz Anokhi is blasting him for being rude to her Aastha ma'am😆.

@bold: WTF to the power of TIFFANY😕.....Kya randomness chal rahi hai bhai....these faltu forced slow-mo "lowe story" attempts are dubaaoing this show.....mera bhi isi sabki wajah se disconnect ho raha hai......instead of actually showing dhang ke interactions, yeh random slow-mo chalta rehta hai with Angry Alia and hyper Sarang suddenly going into LLHH mode *rolls eyes*

Re: Krishna ki mom.....lol yes this same actress played Devki - Krishna's birth mother.....Reena played Yashoda - his foster mother who raised him. LOL the scenes you are recalling are from RK....woh evil maama Kans tha Krishna ka....Devki was Kans ki sister jiske bacche Kans was killing cuz he thought they would grow up to kill him.

Honestly idk how much longer can I hold onto for maa and bapu😆 yes 8t was funny but it is all over the place too much happening in precap ek taraf alia sarang being stuck in some jungle phir koi molest bhi ho raha hai ya shayad it was didi and jija ji ka romance in parallel to maa and bapu but ajeeb sa moonh oe haath rakh ke corner karna scene . I am confused caz it was too fast and caz the song was playing their too now that I think of it I think woh didi and jija are parallel main romancing only and trying not to make any noise🤣 which could be hilarious but too much was thussofied and overall I have hardly any patience left for so much inconsistency sabse badi being alia ko sarangdhar ka name yaad hai and then in the very next scene she forgets it again and he has to remind her bohat ajeeb hai woh and also yeh fitoor mera as their song oh puhleez
