I liked the episode because things finally moved. SD finally refused to write for Faheem. But I do get about SD getting hyper about nothing and it does seem far fetched.

dekh lia maine bhi kuch zyada hi emo ho rahe thay sab at SD ka firing though i di like the little scene with chote lal and scarlett but abhi ina bonding hua nahi tha esp with Scarlet phir bhi woh sweet tha a nice remidner that thode time ke acquaintainces bhi ek bond hai an people can be compassionate towards others but phir bhi baaki office walon ka reaction and scarlet ka bhi zyada tha given ke she was always behinf Sarang CL ke saath iska thoda bohat fun vibe to tha toh i liked his concern ke yeh mumbai hai ab kya karoge.

Sarang ki baat main point tha but he was way too overconfident and hyper in pitching that ideaesp when he hardly has ever talked to alia directly koi boss ke samne aise hi toh shru nahi ho jaata na jaan ne pehchaan main tera mehmaa. i also found woh alvida wala song seq kaafi extra caz hardly he worked in office or formed any proper memories or bonds

rest was ehhh the veer scene was good with alia putting him in place but i am in totally meh zone the precap is so OTT too it is probably SD displaying koi aur idea of his for poonawals but kaafi out of place lag raha hai jo bhi setting hai

such nuanced direction in the scene where the sister comes back home after getting beaten up by her pati dev and when anokhi questions as expected tries to deny it but she is no kid to not understand and looks like her pati is a freeloader and yeh inke daddy bharoes his EMI's and phir bhi wohmaar peet karta hai and lol at the sister mumbling under breath ke bas court jaata rehta hai case toh koi milta nahi 😆 but usse pehle the look exchange between mother and daughter again so beautifully captured that understanding that just by looking the mom knew and her whispering in ehr ear ke acha wala imported foundation laayi hai woh saath kisi ko pata nahi chalega and then the dad seeing it and nazrein churaooin and acting as if usne kuch dekha hi nahi such an ass of a dad he is.

uske baad wala scene was a mirror to society too jahan bechari mummy ne daddy ko poocha ke can't you see what bada jamai does with bubbly and we can't hurry with anokhi and as usual that MCP ass paltoed the tables and vent jamai ki nahi teri beti ne hi kuch kiya hoga ussi ki galti hogi ke pit ke aayi and went on and on with how he khilaooes and gives anokhi and her mother a chatt and food and how maa ki parvarish hi galat hai as badi ko naach gaane main intrest thi choti bhad=shan deti rehti hai( they mentioned ke badi behan was gidda pro and won competitions and mom was a singer) but obv none of these are considered talents so he obv goes if i die tu sadak peaa jaayegi caz you can;t provide for your daughter to shaadi karwao sar se uttaro . LOSER..

i liked the sisters ka scene too badiorganic si feel hai usme bhi with anokhi being mujhe nahi karni shaadi vaadi meri manzil alag hai when the sister said kar le samjhota and her going tumko kya mila samjhota karke yeh maar peet.. and i liked the way they ended it upw ith the eye liner messing up scene bohat natural vibe was happening

the photoshoot scene was serious lulz witht he sadak ke beech main fake backdrop laga ke ajeeb ajeeb pose dena and now anokhi thinking of a plan B

dusri taraf the dad admiteed he was the loser and spineless insaan who couldn;t stand with his wife na hi usko rok saka to shaurya ke galti tumhari maa ki nahi thi tumhare saath jo hua woh nahi hoan chahiye tha but i was at fault i couldn;t support her so she walked away and you should support shagun but obv ussko kuch samjh nahi lagi

uska bhi scene with that badi maa was nice looks like they are very close and badi maa does have a solid streak of mean and thoda vamy but here in this scene for change she was trying tobe nice. it is just shocking to me caz i have never seen alka kaushal playing itna mod and sphisticated english speaking role aadat nahi hai mujhe hahahahah but coming back to the scene shaurya tells her ke woh khoon ke rishte se bhi upar hai badi maa and uski sirf badi maa hi hai khoon doesn;t matter for him and only woh samjhti hai shaurya ko and the badi maa said ke others have failed you youa re perfect my son pehle teri maa and ab yeh shagun..

woh shagun ki family ke saath bhi she was mean but bade hi dheere se matlab her words were daggers but chillam chilli nahi thi🤣🤣 that was my least fav scene though

precap main anokhi bas main hai and she sees shaurya ka half face in the car next to the bus loudly saying how all women are same and are more concerned about their own wishes then relationships and she feels offended

mainly the nuances are working i am liking the direction of the show and ek kind of tehraav and no rush in the proceedings even thought the story is moving..

i watched this episode again and couldn't help gifing these bits i didn't do everything caz i love yours so much from it lol 🤣🤣

billu was so on edge that day 🤣 haha at both of them being presenting a to do lists of maangein and anika ka bade mangte hain yeh🤣🤣 and billu ka really ROFL . all the variations of his really(ies) in this 🤣 and dadi enjoying that back and forth🤣

and then billu not able to contain and flow main saying ghussa na kare toh kya pyar kare and that bit if awkwardness creeping up quickly dissolving in the continuation of banter only my billu billi can do this stuff nobody else is capable to managing so much in a scene and there i said it for 1008wien baar

and phir it coming back to poor kaali coffee and billu frustration main bhi correctiong it is espressop and blocking his ears ke usko sunana na pade espresso ka name murder hote huye meanwhile this girl enjoying and chedoing him more over his chidh chidha pan 🤣🤣

No, in this case I think it's more cuz he fits basic tall, dark, handsome template.....lol....acting and all is always an afterthought. Uske behavior pe toh abhi discussion hua hi kahaan hai.....lol he's a very aloof character so far.

Story toh filhaal better hi hai compared to trash like that new Neil show.....lol the excuses I read to justify that show make me appreciate this one better so far.....blahh ML notwithstanding.

Just finished watching the epi and word on the scenes with the sister.....there is an amazing thehraav in the way they are showing all the family scenes, especially on Anokhi's side.....ek badi sobering reality waali feeling aati hai in the display of misogyny and abuse and the quiet strength with which all the women are bearing it.

Once again, Anokhi is saved from her father's wrath by her sister....and it's these little bits that I'm finding really hard hitting.....that these women like her mom and her sister are so willing to step up and shield Anokhi even as they themselves go through so much abuse and torment.....it is easy to do naarebaazi of empowerment but it is the quiet warriors who win the everyday little battles that let a free spirit survive and live to fight another day.....that is the role these ladies are playing in Anokhi's life right now.

Btw I think the actress playing the sister - Bubbly might also have played Devki (Krishna's mom) in RK😆.....bahut familiar lag rahi hai.

Oh and the eyeliner getting messed up bit was another really touching one.....they are living in so much suffocation and repression and then a little moment of humor/smiles breaks through and feels the all the more powerful.

I honestly don't mind Shaurya that much....yeah he does speak dialogues thode muh ke andar garbled se but overall his acting really doesn't put me off that much.....his character really doesn't talk much right now....and jitna bhi bolta hai is in mostly sober tones.....he rarely raises his voice unlike most MLs who are in this mode......so far koi ruthless streak bhi nahin dikhaayi hai.....he just cut off from Shagun, not like he's going out of his way to now run her down. His scene with his Badi Maa shows that he has a softer side which he only displays with ones he trusts.....right now it's his badi maa, bade papa.....father ko totally shut out kiya hua hai so he doesn't even respond when his father tries to give him advice.

I guess base point yeh hai ki his acting is not wannabe types.....he can be blahh in some ways but mujhe wannabes and hyper types se zyada chidh hai.

Badi Maa deffo has a super bitchy side that she brings out against outsiders or ppl she disagrees with.....Shaurya toh worships her so she literally acts like a Devi around him....lol

The misogyny depictions from Shaurya's side are going to be more about casual modern misogyny while Anokhi's father is what would be called a more "traditional" MCP.....Shaurya undercuts women with casual sexism....while Anokhi's father actively engages in repression and enabling of abuse vis a vis him justifying his own daughter getting beaten up by her husband.

On a different note, I like Anokhi's ghar wala nickname....."Nikki"....it sounds cute😆.....and LOL last wala photoshoot scene was hilarious.....I especially died laughing at the photographer asking her to do that stupid haathon ke beech mein se muh dikhaao pose😆

Overall, even though drama hai, it's not the typical high voltage stuff so far ki ek hi line mein khade hokar sab cheekhte raho.....only Anokhi's dad seems a screamer....Sabharwals ki side pe it's more like understated bitchiness....lol

I'm really hoping ki the fact that they are showing so many women in Anokhi's life who are suppressed via marriage means ki she won't be thrust into this as quickly and story will be allowed to build up vis a vis her independence.

+ 1 there is an everyday life feel to it the proceedings don't look staged as you said ke line main khade hoke start ho jao the way they integrate it comes naturally even woh dad ki random main bada sataya hua by the family lectures i mean he is always looking for a reason to start his main sabse acha baaki sab kharab log

Ikr one never gets tired of watching or gifng it waise to am focusing more on gifing this beginning phase ke gifs now caz I have never gotten around to doing them except the party scene 😆

I also got carried away and then watched the bit around sso getting shot and once again I was overwhelmed by the hospital scene and billu doing anika anika the moment he opens his eyes and being in all daze whether she was in the room or no for a moment when she hides and then the handhold and uske baad when pinky does her trick and takes him home and again where is anika and rudra bechara getting the daant from anika ke.why the hell did he bring his ziddi bhaiya out and him going what is my fault in this🤣🤣 man such wholesome feels .
