I didn't know this...my cousin is in army ..he was shot in the arm...he didn't faint..he was fine...that's y I was wondering...

Correct. If any of the arteries get severely hit on her arm, then she can bleed out within minutes.

Though, this is ITV, so there's no need to fret about her dying. She'll come out unscathed, and without a single scar.
