I think Ved did react to Komal kali. But she is acting as herself in front of Ved. So he might realise her truth after he recovers. And Payal is still around. Pratibha prohibited her from entering their house. But Komal kali forgave her and brought her home. At least this is what I understood. Didn't watch it properly because it was really boring.

There is nothing to discuss about the show anymore. Tried to watch yesterday's episode. It was so boring. I skipped almost the entire episode.
