She may not be necessarily ashamed of that, she might just prefer to go as Sai Kamal Joshi though since it was her and her Aaba's dream. Also it does seem she wont hide from it either. Like if anyone seems creepy or asks her directly, she might tell them. She does respect Virat enough for that I guess.

Jitna Sai ka characterization maine samjha hai, she won't hide it, not becuase she is proud of it or anything, but because it's a lie. She won't speak of her marriage unless the topic comes up, like Tannu said, maybe to avoid a guy's advances or when someone realizes that there is a police officer who always hangs around her😆

This aside.

Her sadness and sometimes she could wonder what if she had a normal life? What if she wasn't burdened by all this?

And then he could over hear her talks and feel bad about it.
