He was just making Ej taste his own medicine. On the fake eviction day, Rotlu Khan bohath ludak ludak ke Rubbu ka wakeel ban raha tha to character assassinate Rahul. “Agar meri biwi hothi,tho thera mooh thod doonga “.......”ladkiyon ka izzath nahi kartha”. So, Ejaz do not care abt anyone else’s vulnerable state but everyone should be oh so careful abt this snowflake’s feelings. Yeh acha justice hain bhai. If Ej can’t take it, then he shouldn’t dish it out. Even in the extra masala clips of that day, Nikki and Ejaz were bitching abt him, saying some very nasty personal things. Rahul must have seen all that. So, why should he keep quiet and not confront him?

While Ej tried to malign Rahul using Rubina’s name, Rahul tried to malign him using Jasmine’s name. Tit for tat , in my perspective.
