Look wise deepika looks good in that kind of roles however acting wise both sucks

It's the coffee show's repetition of the same weekly rapid fire questions that created this false, make-believe perception in people's minds that Alia is somehow in the same league as Deepika, Katrina, etc. In reality, Alia is not even close to hovering anywhere near those hardworking ladies as far as skills and experiences go. I'd go so far as to say that Alia is in the same category as Ananya Pandey, Sara, and Janhvi, except she debuted a couple of years before them.

There's brainwashing and then there are KJo's rapid fire questions, week after week, trying to push what he and his buddies WISH to be true. Everyone knows the show is a sham and in the pockets of 4-5 Bollywood kingmakers with vested interests. The contrived guest appearances and blowing each other's trumpets were ridiculous to say the least.

Otherwise, even comparing overrated Alia with talented actresses who have worked their butts off to be where they currently are .. is absolutely ridiculous. So, to answer your question--who is better in period movies between Alia and Deepika? Deepika wins... by a landslide.

Aditi Rao Hydari is more suited for period films.

Well....Deepika's stony faced acting in SLB movies didn't impress me but looks wise she is miles ahead of the 2nd option.

Definetely not Alia and I doubt she will ever fit in.

She will be the least one to fit in Takht I think even jhanvi will be apt for that era
