The apology felt like bittersweet to me. There was confusion, detachment, and deliberation on "duty"
Virat's apology seemed heartfelt to me, I am glad he gave no long eulogies. He did not defend himself, he admitted that he was in the wrong and he did express remorse. It was subtle, but well done.
As for Sai, she came across as very *insert the dreaded M word* to me. While Virat's words were very very wrong, she does realise that she played a part (albeit unknowingly) in getting him to that state where he uttered those words.
Not saying that she has forgotten those words because Sai apni beizzati nahi bhooltiđ
