Stud wala moustache is allowed but not beard unless it is an obligatory religious belief. The officer has to take special permission for growing a beard from the department. Otherwise, they cannot be caught unshaven unless they have been on some operation where shaving was impossible, And witnessing cat fights at home are not counted as valid operation 🤣
