Otoh, good content needs cash to be executed well.

It's not, but once in a while content likes to give a good old whack on the heads of non-content heroes and heroines 😆

I feel it is and always was bigger than star power, except in a very few cases of people like Amitabh Bacchan, SRK, Salman (and even their movies became duds when they were bad... remember that old film with Shahrukh, Salman and Madhuri as leads, and a cameo from Aishwarya Rai no less that became a super flop?) ...

This generation doesn't even have anyone like that, so for better or for worse, content has fully taken over in the last decade
